City Bakery to close?
The City Bakery, in the Brentwood Country Mart, is rumored to be on the way out. Anyone have any word on this? It’s overpriced, to be sure, but the cookies are great.

April 26, 2009It’s closed! I will miss the pretzel croissants. Too bad the place couldn’t make a go of it. Decent bakeries are hard to find. Grateful Bread on Montana is now a sit down restaurant, and the charm is already on the way out.
